By using Solène you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose.

What Solène is

Solène is a year-round sun-companion app. Based on what you tell it (skin type, goals, health flags) and live weather data, it offers general, personalized guidance about sun exposure, protection, and recovery — delivered as a daily letter and live session tools.

Not medical advice

Solène is not a substitute for professional medical care. The numbers are model estimates, not guarantees. If you have a skin condition, take photosensitizing medication, notice an unusual skin change, or suspect a burn, consult a dermatologist or physician. Never disregard professional advice because of something the app showed you.

Subscriptions

Solène offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (with a free trial where available). If you subscribe:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

Solène is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its content.

Changes to the app

Features may be added, changed, or removed as the app evolves. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Solène is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision made or action taken based on the app's informational wellness guidance.
